Working at Home Depot with Techtronic Industries was an incredible experience. I saw firsthand how strategic product placement drives sales. I optimized in-store displays by repositioning SKUs, designing signage, and executing promotions across 100+ locations, which helped boost Q2 2024 sales by 11%. Using Power BI, I analyzed sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize inventory management. Seeing my strategies make a real impact reinforced my passion for data-driven marketing and hands-on problem-solving.
