
Collaborated with Islamorada Brewery to develop an adaptogenic non-alcoholic beverage from the ground up, crafting everything from the name and ingredients to the logo and packaging design. My team and I built a comprehensive marketing plan, including a SWOT analysis, pricing strategy, sales projections, and a budget breakdown to ensure feasibility. We also outlined key performance metrics to measure success, making this experience both creatively fulfilling and an exciting deep dive into product development and strategic marketing.
